Gora is a New Indian neighborhood restaurant in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, opening Fall 2026. Chef Martin Gustafsson, previously of Aska, Del Posto, Osteria Mozza and Petit Trois, has spent over a decade in fine dining, climbing the ranks to Sous Chef and CDC.

Gora is the combined ambition of Martin, his wife Shari, and John Parson, whom Martin met while working at Aska in Brooklyn. The ten-dish menu centers on regional cultural cooking: Rajasthani Okra, Old Delhi Butter Chicken, Bihari Champaran Lamb, Punjabi 24hr Dal Makhani, Kashmiri Gosht Chaamp.
